Writing Sample

Students must submit a writing sample by the application deadline.

Teacher Evaluations

English or Social Studies Teacher – Submit an evaluation form completed by one of these teachers. (Not required)

Math or Science Teacher – Submit an evaluation form completed by one of these teachers. (Not required)

School Records Request

Ensure that official school records are requested and submitted to the Registrar by the deadline.

After your student's information is received and reviewed, we schedule a time to complete a virtual discussion to learn your student’s specific needs and discuss our program in more detail.
